Cancellation Policy for Travel Twitch DMC Tour Packages:

1. Cancellation Timeframe: We understand that plans may change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our customers as best as possible. If you need to cancel your local tour package, please notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled start time of the tour.
2. Refund Policy:
   a. Cancellation 7 days or more before the tour: If you cancel your tour package at least 48 hours in advance, we will provide a full refund of the tour package cost.
   b. Cancellation within 7 days of a tour: If you cancel your tour package within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, a cancellation fee of 70% (percentage) of the total tour package cost may apply. The exact percentage will be specified in your booking confirmation.
   c. No-shows or late arrivals: If you do not show up for the tour or arrive late, no refund will be provided.
3. Booking Modifications: We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may require you to modify your booking. If you need to change the date, time, or any other details of your local tour package, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
4. Weather-related Cancellations: In the event of severe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances that may affect the safety or feasibility of the tour, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. In such cases, we will provide you with alternative options or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
5. Group Tours: If you have booked a local tour package as part of a group, the cancellation policy may vary. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions provided at the time of booking or contact our customer service for more information.
6. Refund Process: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original booking. Please note that it may take a certain period for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
